Our story

Lou and I opened Hometown Coffee & Juice in our hometown of Glencoe, Illinois in October 2018. Hometown immediately connected with the community and far exceeded our wildest expectations.

Over the years we’ve had many requests to use Hometown to host events, but we simply didn't have the room to accommodate. So, when the space above Hometown became available, we jumped at the opportunity to create a dedicated event venue. The result was Uptown!

We designed Uptown to feel like a giant living room, fully furnished with loungy furniture and custom wood cabinetry. It’s cozy and intimate, yet spacious enough to accommodate large groups.

We are so grateful to everyone who helped bring Uptown to life. We cannot wait to host your special and memorable event!
